AKNeutron, located at http://chicanery.akware.net/. It is apparently based on the events that have transpired following
Earthbound (
Mother 2 in
Japan) for the
SNES. Whether you wind up loving it or hating it, there's no doubt that it's chock full of yummy random goodness. Since it's in the
Earthbound universe, some characters such as Ness and Pokey are retained, though there are new additions from the same universe (
Mr. Saturn and
Mr. T for instance), and complete
newbies altogether, like the 165 foot
Mr. B. Natural and the weird sheep-looking thing that follows the group around for some reason.
Though it sort of has a plot, some strips just plain don't make sense and this may turn a lot of people off, but for those who stay with it, it's quite an extraordinary experience.
