MLA and APA have currently settled on citation formats for web pages; the third common style known as either Chicago or Turabian does not have an official format for web page citing. The MLA style looks pretty much the way Cletus the Foetus indicates it, but the MLA Style Frequently Asked Questions section at www.mla.org will give you more detail (I'd link directly if they didn't have such a long, nasty, format-breaking URL). APA format can be found at http://www.apa.org/journals/webref.html and has been recently updated (before the update it would have looked exactly as Cletus has it; now they've changed the format for the URL and date of access).
