Cute kid actors are must have for any
Hollywood film. Danny Lloyd is no exception. Danny was born on
New Year's Day, 1973 in
Chicago. At the tender age of 6, he landed his famous screen role as
Danny Torrence in
The Shining(1980). Lloyd was living every young actor's dream co-starring in a
big-budget film with with screen legends
Jack Nicholson and
Shelly Duvall and working with one of the greatest
directors of motion pictures, ever (the one and only
Stanley Kubrick!). He made one more film (a TV-movie about
G. Gordon Liddy, in which he played Liddy as a boy)and called it quits.
Danny is now a teacher in Pekin, Illinois.
