This dish got its name from a
friend of mine who is badly
allergic to
soybeans, and was fascinated by the fact that i could eat it and not swell up and die.
mix miso with soy sauce, oyster sauce and water. set aside.
pour oil into pie pan.
chop tofu into smallish cubes.
put tofu and mushooms into pie pan and cover with sauce.
mix in breadcrumbs.
bake for 25-30min. at 450 degrees.
makes two servings if you eat like a normal human. makes one serving if you eat like me.
