A self-declared
prettycore phenomenon,
Giedi Prime is the project of
Cameron Smith and
Jason Wagner, residents of
Brooklyn,
New York. The band is named for the home fief of
House Harkonnen in the
Dune saga. (The original name of the group was
Giedi Prime and the
Baron Harkonnen, but that proved too unwieldy for most casual
Smith and Wagner fans.)
Smith and Wagner are joined by Nick on drums, Alicia Curtis on flute, and Joe Ovbey on vocals and guitar. Other additions to the group are unknown at this time.
