Guitars by Leo is the last of the companys set up by
Leo Fender.
After he sold Fender Guitars, clearly the most famous of his companies, Leo set up Music Man, which was later sold to Ernie Ball a well known guitar string company.
In the last decade of Leo's successful life, he founded a company for himself. Guitars by Leo, written as (G Trebleclef L on the head of a guitar) makes guitars and basses of a simillar quality of that a Fender.
