Gunung Sibayak (2094m) is an active volcano in the province of North Sumatra on
Sumatra, Indonesia. It had its only recorded eruption in 1881. There are
no estimates of its magnitude. It lies northwest of the town of Berastagi, 70km southwest of Medan.
