I steady pace

I steady pace
and i roll along
the spool road unwindings
and i flow with
unhurried purposeful stride
and it unravels
moving rolls away.
i steady pace
not slowing nor swerving
except when the spool
(some arbitrary reasoning)
veers left or right
around people or cars
and i steady flowing
of graceful limbs motion
roll in pursuit.
i power pistons
of legs keep on moving
the runaway sheen
of bright blue ribbon
the greysteelroad
and i roll along
of the skein unravels
as i steady pursuit
of the spool road unwindings.
