John Knoll has worked for the past twelve years at George Lucas' Industrial Light and Magic. As co-creator (with his brother Thomas) of the software program Photoshop, Knoll transformed the world of image processing by bringing digital image manipulation to the desktop. This digital FX innovator is also known for developing such popular effects tools such as Knoll Lens Flare Pro, CyberMesh, and Missing Link, published by Puffin Designs. Some of his most notable work of late, he was the visual effects supervisor of such movies as: Star Wars/Phantom Menace, Star Trek First Contact and Generations, Mission Impossible
