This is heavy with vocal effects. It's sung through lots of distortion, and there is a repetitive, though not at all catchy, melody involved here. The guitar is very metal, and of course, the lyrics make no sense at all:

lick the palm
for guava!
I have speculated about what "licking the palm for guava" might mean, but obviously guava is one of their inside jokes, as Pure Guava is the title of their third album.
After a long air-raid-siren-like noise, this song fades directly into Mushroom Festival in Hell.
