What they got was a 250cc two-stroke single producing roughly 20bhp, which never wore out. Unfortunately this means that the cheap-ass commiebike is still around, and the far superior ETZ250 doesn't get so much as a look in.
Bike magazine liked the TS, though, giving both the TS250 and the 250 racer a place in their top 100 bikes.
