This is the weird nickname Brits have for Paul McCartney. He's like a freaking god over there I swear. It makes me sick sometimes. "Macca" comes from his last name, MCCArtney. It's really quite stupid.
Also, the nickname of a Liverpudlian football (not soccer...) player named Steve McManaman.
