To mansplain is to explain something to a woman in a condescending manner, under the assumption that she has no knowledge of the subject.
Mansplain is fairly recent slang, first appearing in 2008, and therefore is still flexible in its exact meaning. Be warned, you will not win any internet points by explaining to anyone that they are using 'mansplain' incorrectly.
