This is a song by Ween, from the album
God Ween Satan: The Oneness.
This is a weird melodic song that makes Gener sound like he's breathing helium. That is not unusual, though. Obviously the words don't make much sense, and the song itself is trippy. To add to the weirdness, at the end there is an echoing speech made by Maharishi Lawrence E. Curtin, for no apparent reason.
The lyrics are even more disconnected and blatantly weird than Ween usually is. Try this on for size:
when i carbonate the test tube,
then u won't see me
i've got a twin cab diesel combo,
it takes me where i want to go
and all the nüphies are happy
they know a fungus that grow
so when you see Hoecke's mind screw
don't come running to me,
'cause oik will scream and set aflame
marble tulip juicy tree
There is some more weirdness about inhaling kitties and an admonition to stay away from the speaker's adenoids. Too weird for words. But catchy!
