14 Ounce Bag Vanilla Caramels
2 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Pecan Halves
8 - 10 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Pieces
1/3 bar Paraffin

Combine caramel and milk in medium bowl. Place in microwave for two to threee minutes, stopping every minute to stir with wooden spoon. When caramels are melted, remove from microwave and beat until creamy. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Let clusters cool 15 minutes. Combine chocolate and paraffin in bowl. Melt in mircowave stopping often to stir ingredients. Insert a toothpick into clusters and dip into melted chocolate mixture.
Place Turtles on waxed paper to cool.
Makes 2 dozen.
