One of
three sections of
Cambria,
California. As the
name would
imply, the area is along the
ocean front itself.
On the
west is the
eponymous beach: a collection of dark
sand, rounded
gravel,
rocks and
tide pools. And, of course, the
Pacific Ocean itself.
On the
east is a long strip of
various hotels,
motels,
bed and
breakfasts, and
restaurants. Many have ocean views, and are close enough to hear the
waves washing against the beach throughout the
night (if you're into that kind of thing).
