(a cold drink for booyaa)

Roasted barley tea is a traditional Japanese drink. Just add ice, and it's for booyaa too.

What booyaa Will Need
handful of roasted barley
water (some of it in the form of ice)
sugar or honey to booyaa's taste

What booyaa Needs To Do Now
Boil some water. Pour it over the roasted barley in a big jar or pitcher. Once it cools to room temperature, strain and put the mugi-cha in the refrigerator.

When booyaa wants a cold drink, he can pour some mugi-cha into a glass, put in some sweetener (or not) and some ice. Some lemon is nice as well.

Serves 1 booyaa several times.
