I slept till 11:30 this morning. Since my sleep schedule is supposed to be between 2:00 AM and 10:00 AM and my shift begins at 4:00 this isn't really a problem but I don't understand why it's happening. I don't think tenish hours of sleep is normal but if the level of fatigue I've been feeling in the middle of the last few days is any indicator then then this is an improvement. Pretending for a moment that travel time and lunch breaks are counted as time at work then a full time job averages about nine to eleven hours of one's waking existence. Assuming eight hours of sleep that leaves seven to five hours of "free" time. In that light I really hope this is a short lived phase.
