The Online Gamers League - a website dedicated to creating, maintaining, and running team ladders and ranks for Counter Strike. Clans/teams are ranked by who they've beaten, what their record is, and how many matches they've played in. OGL members are (generally) part of a CS clan, though you can participate as an individual.
