raft. This is a popular outdoor
adventure sport practiced worldwide. The sport started picking up popularity after
WWII when
military surplus rafts were used. The rafts used these days are usually inflatable synthetic rubber/nylon rafts.
Most rafts made in the last five years are self-bailing, making them much easier to use.
