Rhino3D is a great
NURBS modeler/
CAD tool for
win32,
made by Robert McNeel & Associates.
It exports to
3D Studio,
LightWave,
Maya and just about
any other
3D animation program imaginable.
Unfortunately, they don't have any
plans on
porting
to
alternative OSes, so I still have to
reboot into NT.

IMO, Rhino is the best modeler out there for Win32.
