Ritz Bits crackers are a smaller version of the Ritz cracker made by Nabisco. They are sold as "Ritz Bits Sandwiches", which are Oreo-like creations of the two round crackers and a filling forming a sandwich. Currently they come in six varieties: Cheese, Xtreme Cheese, Jalapeno Cheddar, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Fudge, and S'mores. Ritz Bits are sold in box and individual packet containers. The smaller Ritz in non-sandwich form are instead named "Mini Ritz".
The only ones I eat are the Peanut Butter ones, which basically taste like a peanut butter sandwich. The peanut butter is a good source of protein, yet the crackers contain a lot of sodium and fat. That's why they taste so good.
