9/11 NEVER FORGET
So many tragedies that day - I will never forget the way I felt when that second tower fell on September 11, 2001. I'd been at the World Trade Center just two years earlier. The friend I was with from NYC told me almost as many people work in those two buildings as live in my entire city. So when that 2nd tower fell - I was beyond devastated, knowing that thousands of lives were instantly ended and thousands of people lost loved ones.
I wrote a WU 13 years ago about one of the worst tragedies that day besides the hundreds of firefighter/hero's who we lost, may they rest in peace.
Since few here have likely read it - I'd like to mention it here.
