Ingredients:
- 3 measures gin
- 1 measure cherry brandy
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- juice of 1/2 orange
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- soda water
- 6 - 8 ice cubes
Preparation:
Put 4 - 6 ice cubes into a shaker, pour the fruit juices, cherry brandy, gin and bitters into the shaker, then shake until the shaker is frosty. Put 2 - 3 ice cubes into a
hurricane glass, and pour the cocktail into the glass without straining, and top up with soda water. Decorate with a lemon slice.
