This is a quick and simple sauce which really dresses up meat or fish. Serve this atop a seared rare tuna steak (mmmm!), grilled beef, or chicken. Snow peas make an excellent side dish.

    Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, add all ingredients.
  2. Stir constantly until the sauce is smooth and the butter is melted.
