A Pyramid Magazine column by Kenneth Hite, theoretically about ideas for roleplaying game campaigns but really about whatever bit of weirdness he can get past the editor. In it, such diverse ideas from Coca-Cola as Elixir Vitae to fictional game worlds based around alternate histories are discussed. Steve Jackson Games has since collected many of the columns into two books, the First Broadcast and the Second Broadcast, and I highly recommend them as idea mines, be it for gaming or for simple fiction writing.
