Also known as a 'swanni', this is a hard-wearing, hard-working bushshirt traditionally worn by rural types in New Zealand. It is warm and waterproof to a degree. Not stylish at all, though there is now a range of leisure and work wear updated for current times. Swanndris have been made since 1937 in the Taranaki town of Waitara.
