Tamzin Griffin is a British actress, musician and writer, most famous for playing the 'Funny Lady' in
Teletubbies,
"telling her tales of the naughty sock, the bad bee and such" (according to the website of
Amanda Howard Associates, her agent).
She has also made guest appearances in the all-woman sketch show Smack the Pony and, she has a leading role in the off-Broadway success 'Shockheaded Peter' (which won an Olivier Award in 2002). She is also an accomplished cellist, in which capacity she performed on Baby Bird's breakthrough album 'Ugly Beautiful', and she also works as a voice-over artist.
