The Harvey Wallinger Story was a black comedy sketch written by Woody Allen and produced for PBS back in 1972. The general jist of the television special was for it to be a biting satire of the Nixon administration, the character Harvey Wallinger being a thinly veiled version of Henry Kissinger.
Unfourtunately the show was so critical of the Whitehouse and its policies PBS decided not to air it at all! To this day it has never been aired publically. However if your in the right city you can go view it at the Museum of TV and Radio in Los Angeles or New York.
