Buster Witwicky finds himself captured by the Decepticons on a Caribbean island, which is actually a part of their new underwater base. Spike Witwicky, who now serves as the new head of Cerebros / Fortress Maximus, takes his fellow Headmasters along with a group of other Autobots on a mission to rescue his brother. However, the base's defenses along with Shockwave's cannon may prove to be too much for the good guys to handle..
