Mix ingredients into a big bowl and drop onto
a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350o for 12-15 minutes.

only it's better because you can make it even when
lemons are out of season or moulding
away in the refrgerator (aside: it's true.
Whenever I buy lemons I use them the first
day and put the rest in the refrigerator where I
promptly forget about them until I find them six-months
later when they're nothing but smelly, fuzzy,
unidentifiable balls of mush.)
