New York City's main public radio outlet, an affiliate of National Public Radio (NPR). Owned by the WNYC Foundation, WNYC is composed of two stations, an AM station (820 AM) composed mostly of talk and news programming, and an FM station (93.9 FM), composed of some national programming (Morning Edition, All Things Considered, etc.) and some classical music.
