To the tune of What shall we do with the drunken sailor? Each verse consists of the first line repeated three times followed by 'Early in the morning'. Early is pronounced 'ur-lye' (as in a common noise used when hesitating (Er...) followed by a mistruth (lie)). Note that the rhythm changes somewhat for the 'Wahey, up she rises' verse.
