1/2 cup chopped fresh chervil
1 large onion, diced
1 cup celery stalks and leaves, diced
6 tablespoons butter
15 cups cubed day old french bread
2 teaspoons ground sage
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup dried tart cherries
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried strawberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup prunes, diced
1/2 cup dried apples

Sauté the onion and celery in the butter until soft. Mix all of the ingredients together well. Stuff the turkey or bake alongside in a greased casserole for 25 minutes.
