This was the line brought to the world in the Savage Garden work I Want You. The verse it is used in goes something like:

I just close my eyes
And I am taken to a place where
Your crystal mind and
Magenta feelings take up shelter
in the base of my spine
Sweet like a chic-a-cherry cola
There is no 'real' thing that goes by the name 'chick-a-cherry cola', but there are a few main variations in how it happened to be placed in a song. Some say that Savage Gardens' Lead Vocalist flubbed the line "sweet like cherry cola" and the studio kept it for humour sake. The other more amusing explaination, however, says that it's a name the members of Savage Garden made up to describe their favorite self-made drink, cherry cola with grenadine. The latter is the more popular explanation.
