These are bulbous, rubber devices with long narrow tips protruding on one end. They look like a turkey baster, but with their stem reduced to a very small, narrow part that's directly attached to the rubber ball part. They're just the right size to fit in the palm of your hand. They're good for dispensing fluids inside your ear, or for sucking fluid out of an ear.
They also make good single-shot squirt guns. Sort of like the derringer of water weapons.
