Icitte is 'ici' in Québecois Joual, which is 'here' in English. Don't ask me how it came to be, that's just the way it is.

Note also that the pronounciation of icitte is actually closer to 'citte, cuz the 'i' is kind of silent, you can't hear it.

Truffle says I think that icitte came about in light of "lit" being pronounced "litte", all rolling off of the theme "petit/petite". Boue -bouette... The etymology likely stems in wanting a forceful ending consonant sound, as in English rap.
