Juvenocracy -
1.A government ruled by the young or the children.
2.A simple idea that scares the crap out of every American over the age of 40.
The leading
corporate workers and millionaires seem to be getting younger and younger. The best jobs are constantly going to
YUPpies (Young Urban Professionals) straight out of college. Are we slowly leaning towards a
juvenile society? According to
Modern Maturity (a mag my
grandmother keeps), that may not be such a bad thing. Apparently, the current teen
generation is the most responsible and
trustworthy the world has seen in decades. Perhaps people are finally starting to listen to the younger generations and we will get the
respect we, sometimes,
deserve.
