OSAP stands for "
Ontario Student Assistance Program". They are
essentially a conglommerate of
mean people who like to tell
Canadian students that they will receive a $3000 loan, and then take half of it away as soon as they notice said student's
bank balance dipping below the
poverty level. Afflicted students may be lacking in funds, however, because they have misunderstood the meaning of OSAP.
