Scottish adjectival expression. Describes the (facial) appearance of someone who is looking pale, unhealthy or slightly green around the gills, e.g.:

“You’re looking a bit peely-wally today.”

But not:

“I woke up feeling peely-wally this morning”

Note that “wallyrhymes with the standard English pronunciation of “tally” rather than “folly.”
