Semi-affectionate, Scouse-stereotype slang term for any woman who shows signs of being pregnant. Can also be used as a replacement for the woman's legal forename, thus:

Do you, Preggers Anna Boswell, take Gary Ian Rush John Paul George Ringo Brooke to be your lawful wedded husband... etc.
