Reductio ad nauseam translates roughly as "reduction to nausea". It's an uncommonly-used phrase (hopefully) intended in a joking manner. That is, argumentum ad nauseam (sometimes argumentum ad infinitum) and reductio ad absurdum are both canonical rhetorical terms, so one reveals one's ignorance if using the phrase in an attempt to sound educated.

Of course, taken afresh, reductio ad nauseam would seem to be a popular (if not canonically-recognized) tactic in modern debate: therefore I propose the following definition.

Reductio ad nauseam: a method of proof in which one demonstrates that certain arguments for a conjecture are effectively identical, and thus can be simultaneously disproven. This is not to be confused with asserting that one's opponent utilizes argumentum ad nauseam.
