A phenomenon where the bottom of a car tire first flattens due to the weight of the parked vehicle, and then freezes flat due to the cold. When the vehicle is driven again, the hapless passengers feel like they're being run over corrugated iron at high speed. This is common in places which experience extreme subzero temperatures, like Alaska.
