Hipster slang for one who is fashionably cool. A hep cat.

Deadhead/Phishhead slang for a vendor of illicit drugs. As in, "Hey did you see that swinger with the nedelpoint doses?" Or can be used as a verb: To swing - to deal. For example: "Hey are you swinging MDMA?"
