I suppose this is probably true for someone out there, although I can't imagine anyone I know being this way. Most people I know are either outright afraid of needles or at the least dislike them. Even the people I've know who are diabetic and must give themselves insulin shots several times daily to keep their blood sugar levels in check don't actually like doing it.
I'm not convinced that this is an actual condition as much as it is someone being creative with root words and putting them together in new and unusual ways.
