The Destination of This train is hell, rarrrr!

What you need to know about me is what you need to know about every other person in your life. Its going to take a lifetime to get to know me; and you're going to need more than just a few words typed on a computer screen.

everything you read is propaganda

five or six carefully constructed sentences and I'm stuck with an image so strong I just have to exhale. Can you do that for me? I love love love love language. I love structure. I love form. I love function. I love tag questions and run on sentences and Halliday's functional grammar and maps and grids and proofs. I love that there are special rules for how to use commas and semicolons. (I love looking at Robin's Russian homework after she's spent four hours trying to figure out the stupid comma rules.) I love that I could spend the rest of my life studying it and not being any closer to understanding it than I am right now. I love that I don't even have to make it to the end of the w/u before I know that I've already fallen in love with its sequence of words. I love that something that's completely unrelated to my love of language can remind me of it. I love that it means nothing. That it means everything. I love when its subtle. I love when its invasive. I even love when its absent.

Kat:I wish I had an etch-a-sketch for a brain. Then I could just shake my head, and that mental image would be gone.
Kara:I don't remember what you said earlier, but I think you just trumped it.

Disclaimer: I don't explicate lyrics and poetry. For a few reasons. First off, I honestly don't feel that my opinion is all that valid. It is just more noise, and the world is too noisy already. Secondly, I do not want my opinion about something to get in the way of your enjoyment of the piece. Lastly, if I liked it enough to node I feel that it is good enough to stand alone. Without my opinion or your opinion or how anyone else feels about it. And, I think it should be given the opportunity to do so. So. That's my thing.

I really enjoyed reading I've had better hugs from wind gusts and dead people, the snowglobe effect, don't touch me when I'm screaming and inner ugliness.

Theme Song:

Everyday the world begins again
Sunny skies or rain
Come and follow me
Every sunrise shows me more and more
So much to explore
Come and Follow Me
Every Morning
Every evening
Calling me away.
While the sun goes 'round I'll still be found
Followin' the sound
Something's calling me
When the world goes drifting back to bed
Memories in my head
Wonders follow me
Every Morning, Every day
Every evening Calling me away
