The APPD - Anarchistische Pogo Partei Deutschlands (anarchistic pogo party of germany) is a
German fun party. They have no real political goals and try to make fun of the German political system.
With their funny attitude they try to get votes from
Germany's biggest party, the party of the not-voters.
In the election for the
1998 Bundestag they promised their voters, that if they would reach 0.5% (parties which reach this get money from the state), they would buy
beer from this money and give it away at no cost.
Obviously they did not reach this.
