Dead as dead can be. Netter recently filed for
Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation. This is after screwing their
employees by terminating
health benefits without informing them.
A long period of mismanagement saw Netter's projects lost to more competently-run facilities, such as Foundation Imaging, which is now producing new episodes of Max Steel, largely with former Netter employees.
