You don't have to go through all that trouble, you can go to a
brewpub, they serve only
beer, no
hard liquor (you need to go to a
private club for that). For example, there are two good ones on Pierpont Ave in downtown
Salt Lake City:
Marmot Mesa and
Red Rock. Both have homemade
microbrewery beer. Mm mm good.
For a real Guiness on tap, try Brewvies (677S 200W) and catch a movie for $2, way cheaper than $6.99 hotel movies.
