Brevard County, Florida is a coffin for the living. From 1990 to 2000, its >65 population rose 42%, while its 20-34 population fell 27%. There are some (community unsupported) schools, a few high tech jobs, no nightclubs, and a community college. Brevard is unfriendly to bicyclists; everything is far apart, roads are wide and speed limits are high. There are two long, thin islands parallel to the mainland, which make an interesting view during the drive over the bridges, and there are lots of beaches. Don't move here unless you're a grandparent.
